This sectional form..where does it come from? It has some relationship with your parti model but appears to "tame" it a bit, perhaps too much. What happens when you let the parti be free and work the program into it from there. I've always found that when function follows form, there's a much more exciting project in the end, you just have to let go of your preconceived notions about how certain types of spaces are defined.
